History

Jack Knutson built his first house in 1980. Remember when interest rates for housing were 16.5%? Most home builders were either leaving the business, or cutting back. Not Jack, he believed if he offered a superior product at a fair price, it would be embraced. Every house was designed and built as if his family were to live in it. His attentiveness to detail has always been an obsession. One house at a time is still the tradition at Knutson Homes.

Jack Knutson has been recognized twice, 1996 & 2005, as Bismarck Mandan Builder of the Year.
